By visiting our website, placing an order, or engaging with us at any of our market or store locations, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms set out in this document. PART 1: TERMS OF USE
1. Use of Our Website and Services
By accessing or using the Champion Plug ZA website or engaging with our in-person services, you agree to do so only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
–Using our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
–Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
–Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content on our website without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse any transaction where fraud, system abuse, or other irregular activity is suspected. Such decisions are made at our sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances require it.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, the following should be noted:
–Product colours and textures may appear differently on screen due to individual display settings, lighting conditions, or photographic rendering. We do not guarantee exact colour accuracy.
–All stock is subject to availability. In the event that a product is sold out following confirmation of your order, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or a suitable alternative at your discretion.
–We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and will notify you of any such changes before processing your order.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of successful payment. We currently accept the following payment methods:
–Online: Yoco Gateway
–In-person: Yoco card machine, cash, or card
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price resulting from a system error or human error. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nationwide through trusted third-party courier partners. The following conditions apply to all deliveries:
–Estimated delivery timelines are typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location, though these are estimates and not guarantees.
–Champion Plug ZA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier partners once an order has been dispatched and is in transit.
–Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where the delay or error is attributable to Champion Plug ZA.
–Customers will receive tracking information upon dispatch where available.
5. In-Person Store and Market Policy
Champion Plug ZA operates at selected markets, events, pop-up locations, and our permanent store. The following policies apply to all in-person transactions.
5.1 Sales and Payment
–All in-person purchases are processed via Yoco card machine or cash.
–Prices at markets are the same as, or comparable to, our online prices unless otherwise stated as an event special or limited promotion.
–Receipts are available electronically upon request.
5.2 Returns and Exchanges (In-Person)
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for size or product-related issues, provided all of the following conditions are met:
–The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
–The customer provides proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or transaction confirmation.
The following exclusions apply:
–No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale, discounted, or clearance items unless the product is defective.
–Refunds for in-person purchases are processed via EFT only. Cash refunds are not available at markets or events.
5.3 Conduct and Service
We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner toward our staff or other customers. Any instance of theft or fraudulent behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Online Returns and Exchanges
Online customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The following conditions apply:
–Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
–Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly delivered, in which case Champion Plug ZA will arrange and cover the cost of collection.
–Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
–Sale items and custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Champion Plug ZA website, including but not limited to images, videos, graphic designs, logos, product descriptions, and written copy, is the exclusive property of Champion Plug ZA (Pty) Ltd. 8. Limitation of Liability
