Returns and Exchanges (In-Person)

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for size or product-related issues, provided all of the following conditions are met:

–The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

–The customer provides proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or transaction confirmation.

The following exclusions apply:

–No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale, discounted, or clearance items unless the product is defective.

–Refunds for in-person purchases are processed via EFT only. Cash refunds are not available at markets or events.

Online Returns and Exchanges

Online customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The following conditions apply:

–Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

–Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly delivered, in which case Champion Plug ZA will arrange and cover the cost of collection.

–Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

–Sale items and custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
